The M16A4 is based on the real life Colt M16A4. A modern upgrade based on the M16A2 rifle intended for general infantry use.

The in-game model features a full jet-black finish, A2 flash hider, railed handguard, railed top receiver with a top A3-A4 carry-handle, M16-pattern STANAG 30-rounds magazine and a fixed buttstock.

- The in-game M16A4's features a incorrect firing mode for the specific model, the in-game weapon uses a Single/Auto firing pattern, the Single/Auto firing pattern is correct for the M16A1 and M16A3 models, however the M16A4 and M16A2 features a Single/3-Round Burst firng pattern.
