While playing I realized I have 2 different stacks of plague cure in my base inventory, each with its own description and even different weight values. One is labeled -vial of plague cure__ Labeled "untested sample"-. This plague cure has a 0.5 weight value. The second is labeled -vials of plague cure__ a dose of homemade plague cure-. This plague cure has a 1.0 weight value. I will say yes obviously one is a plague cure I made, and the other isn't, but my question is why is there a distinction and why do they have different weight values? I also ask because when I looked this up online I found nothing, so it almost looks like no one has looked at this. Lastly I'll admit this doesn't really affect anything (besides my plague cures taking an extra spot but eh), but it has just peaked my curiosity.
What's on your mind?
I know how to move maps but when I do and go back to it like 20 in game days later it says I have already looted the gun stores and such and i can see this immediately if I open my map and look can someone give me an explanation
In sod2, army zombies, SWAT zombies, and other helmeted zombies don't function the same as other freak zombies (they aren't noticed when surveying and you aren't alerted if you walk within a certain distance of them).
My first thought to add in motorcycle helmet zombies to the wiki would be to combine all the pages on armoured zombies to a single page (maybe named "Armored Zombies") but the current pages have specific information which inclines me to keep the pages separate.
Since they aren't on the map, i'm not certain what their specific name is. I think "Motorcycle Helmet Zombie" is a bit long so i thought i'd make this post for discussion about it. Let me know what you think!
I was wondering if you could add a rules and guidelines page because i don't want to get banned for something i didn't know so please acknowledge this and add it Please.

I have stumbled across a new game breaking glitch (not in a good way). My survivor glitched after getting out of a car and couldn’t get unhitched I tried getting unstuck using the radio and that didn’t help. I ended up dying and then the game crashed and kicked me out. Now when I try to open my community it just keeps crashing. I started a new community and that one works fine. I need help. I don’t want to lose all of my survivors and gear.
My first act as wiki admin is to update the navigation bar on the wiki. A couple things which I want to link to haven't actually been created yet, but i'll get right on those.
I don't have as much experience with the DLC parts of the game so I wasn't sure what to specifically link to regarding Breakdown and Lifeline. I'd love to hear suggestions regarding those or just feedback on this change in general.
Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to this wiki but I've had State of Decay for years and played quite a bit of State of Decay 2. It looks like none of the admins for this wiki are active and I'm interested in doing a couple changes which require admin status (mainly changing the theme color scheme to make the wiki logo not fade into the header so much).
I've been an admin for the Kenshi Wiki for over a year. There, I mostly focus on creating templates, cleaning up pages, and creating missing pages. I'm by no means an expert in mediawiki or State of Decay.
So if anyone else is interested in going through the wiki adoption process, I'd totally support it.
Re-installed on new computer now can't jump forward . Key binding Up Arrow to move forward and Num Ins to Jump
Has anyone else had this problem? Focus Aim works fine in the regular game & in Lifeline, but not in Breakdown... please advise! Thanks!
Hello everyone! I have recently been appointed as the "Fandom Wiki Manager" for this wiki. I am here to assist this community in an official capacity and act as a liaison between you, and full-time Fandom staff. If you ever have an issue or question related to this wiki (editing, templates, wiki design, or any other matters), please feel free to contact me on my message wall, and I will assist in any way I can.
Hi there everyone. Since I've seen a couple of new wikias crop up for the game, I thought I'd clarify some things that are happening. I've put in the adoption request. I can't justify waiting any longer for the admin to respond, so we're just waiting on Fandom making a decision now.
A lot of the criticisms with the wikia are the reason I've requested the admin-ship. If the request is approved, I'm going to immediately hire at least two, if not more admins, selecting from active members across all of the currently active wikias so that we can start repairing our community instead of creating competition where there doesn't need to be any.
I'm also going to work with a large number of you to help organize and restructure the entire site. It will take a while, but we can form a comprehensive plan to streamline everything and really fix everything here.
I can't stress enough, I completely empathize with the people who have shifted to new sites, but for better of for worse, this site has the most visibility of any of the current attempts at a wiki, so a team and a community that are actually able to maintain and repair this is better than nothing, and in my own opinion, better than the option of splitting our communities down the middle.
I hope I'm accepted for the Adminship, and I hope you all welcome me to the role, even if I only take it while we install a proper admin team.
If anyone needs me and can't reach me on here, contact me on Connaire#9457 on Discord.
Let's do our best, together.
It seems there is a bug where vehicles are getting stuck on obstacles and are very hard to remove. It seems non-destructible fencing like the metal crash barriers along the roads and some fences are the problem. I've run into the barriers a few times but instead of hitting it like a wall you go over it and the vehicle becomes stuck and it is very difficult to remove. I've also encountered this bug when traversing off-road, the vehicle got stuck in place on the side of a hill.
